Starweb ressources

Hi everyone.

I'm new to Starweb and I'm about to start a new game soon.  I'm wondering where I could find some information and discussions about Starweb strategy.

So far I've found the acticles in the Starweb Email Discussion Group (SEDG) at http://www.accessv.com/~somnos/sedg.htm

Is there anything else available on the net?  Somewhere I can get FTP downloads, or a wiki about Starweb strategy maybe?

Also, I'd like to know about all the software tools that aid in playing Starweb.  Does anyone have a list of all that is available?

I don't have a list available. But in looking in Elliot Hudes' disccussion group you probably already have a fairly good resource there. Moose Technologies have a good software package which last I knew you pay for, but it is fairly good. I suggest you go look there. There are a few free ones around - one is even mentioned in this forum, and it's not too bad, though I think Moose do better if you're prepared to pay.
